Our team operates from Brussels, Belgium, but we ship across Europe and Lebanon!

3. How do I place an order?
Just browse our shop, add items to your cart, and checkout via Shopify's secure payment system.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards and PayPal. We don't store your payment detailsāShopify handles that safely.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at gizmomademebuyit@gmail.com. We'll try our best if it hasn't shipped yet!

6. Where do you ship?
Europe + Lebanon only (for now!).
7. How long does delivery take?
- Belgium & Lebanon: 2ā5 business days.
- Rest of Europe: 5ā7 business days.

8. How much is shipping?
- Free for orders over ā¬100!
- Belgium: ā¬4.50 | Europe: ā¬7.50 | Lebanon: ā¬4.
9. How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number via email once your order ships. Check your spam folder if it's missing!

10. What's your return policy?
We offer 24-hour refunds for defective/wrong items. Just email us with:
- Your order number
- Photos/video of the issue
- A brief description
11. What's not eligible for a refund?
- Change of mind.
- Damage from misuse.
- Requests made >24 hours after delivery.
12. Do I need to return the item?
Sometimes! We'll let you know if it's required.
